Program Description   To use videoconferencing effectively and efficiently, your organization needs to understand IVC's potential and implement a support plan that encourages use. Working
in teams, participants learn the importance of sharing resources with faculty and staff, consider factors associated with requesting and scheduling events, develop strategies for
technology training and support, and identify resources that can be used to communicate the value of videoconferencing to the learning community. Finally, teams become prepared
to motivate colleagues to use this exciting technology in the classroom.

Objectives   Participants will gain an understanding of the change processes necessary to fully support the implementation of videoconferencing. To enhance the effective and efficient use of videoconferencing, each team will learn how to develop a plan that includes process for...

CILC reserves the right to close registrations when workshops have reached maximum capacity or to cancel workshops that do not attain minimum requirements.
