Join Teresa Roebuck of the Global Association for Teacher Empowerment as she explores just how your personal learning style can affect your students in your classroom. Teresa will give hints and tips on how to diversify your classroom strategies so you can reach all of your students and not just those who have the same learning style as you do.
Teresa will explore the different learning styles as well as the learning style characteristics and the ways to access different learning styles for student impact. The term "learning style" is generally considered to relate to the modes in which students and teachers process, organize and relate to information in their learning environment.

Teresa Roebuck is the President of the Global Association for Teacher Empowerment, a professional development company to train and support novice teachers in particular. She is the former Online Professional Development Coordinator for the Arkansas Department of Education. Ms Roebuck has over 14 years of teaching and teacher training experience. Teresa has a BA in the Humanities from Hendrix College and a MS in Counseling Psychology from the University of Central Arkansas, and she is a frequent presenter at state and regional conferences on topics relating to distance education, technology integration and student engagement.
