Using Videoconferencing
There are many ways to connect and communicate with other sites. Please click the method you plan to use for more detailed information:
AAVS
IP and ISDN sites wishing to connect with Vision Athena sites (AAVS) need to complete a Billing Authorization Form to receive a PIN from CILC so they can submit online program requests using the CILC website.
A bridging service will be needed for IP to AAVS connections. Please see Bridging Services for more information.
As of August 1, 2006, it is the responsibility of AAVS customers to enter the necessary information into the AAVS Scheduler so that the IVC sessions are established. If you need AAVS software scheduling support, please contact Richard Melton at 317-265-2392 or Ashish Rangnekar at 317-265-1639.
AAVS customers wanting to connect with ISDN sites can dial out using the VRU, accessible via any touch-tone phone. For further information and step-by-step instructions, please refer to the ISDN worksheet.

Other Systems
If your organization uses a videoconferencing network not listed above, you can still connect to CILC programming. Contact the CILC help desk at 866-302-2452 or e-mail Tom Stevens for specific instructions.
