My seventh- and eighth-graders and I are seeking classrooms in different parts of the world to participate in a survey on what foods are local to your area, and what foods kids eat in a week. The survey is part of a larger unit exploring the local food movement in Vermont, USA, and how the world produces enough food to feed everyone, yet millions go hungry. We would like to survey your students and possibly interview them via Skype. We hope you can participate!
