A 3rd grade teacher from Central Ohio is seeking pen pals from a classroom in another country, such as: Central America, Asia or Africa. This class would like to exchange letters via 'snail mail' as well as e-mail for the purpose of sharing information about school and community. As a culminating activity, we would like to have a video connection through H.323 or Skype if necessary.
