"Kenneth was a great presenter. There were some technical issues beyond our control, but if these issues had not occurred, the program would have been exceptional. Feedback from the teachers who took the workshop was all positive as far as content and presenter were concerned. Only negative feedback was in regards to the technological issues. It was a first videoconference for us as well as for Kenneth."

Comments
"We had difficulty connecting and sustaining a connection. We could see and hear Kenneth, but he had difficulty hearing us. I have since contacted someone with some knowledge about the equipment and I believe things are better on our end. Neither Kenneth nor I had any technical knowledge about the equipment so were unable to troubleshoot the problem."
