Videoconferencing offers students, regardless of background,

• access to real-life, global experiences to expand their horizons.
• the opportunity to learn from a variety of experts in creative and unusual ways.
• the ability to collaborate with students in other after-school programs to teach and learn from each other.

Program Availability
An informal survey with Content Providers showed that the vast majority of those posted on www.cilc.org were willing to expand their program offerings to include the after-school timeframe.

Share Your Story
CILC E-News offers an opportunity to co-write or share articles highlighting after-school programs using videoconferencing programs as a resource to engage, motivate, and teach after-school students.
