Touch the Sky offers Interactive Learning and Therapy and Professional Development Instruction using Videoconferencing Technology to share innovative techniques for educators at all levels and are especially helpful for those who work with students with Aspergers Syndrome, Attention Deficit Disorder, Autistic Spectrum Disorder, Cerebral Palsy, Deaf/Cochlear Implants, Downs Syndrome, Dyspraxia, Dyslexia, Epilepsy, Fetal Alcohol Syndrome, Multicomplex Difficulties and Very Gifted and Talented.
Touch the Sky currently offers three Professional Development opportunities:

The Tuscarawas Carroll Harrison Educational Service Center provides professional development modules addressing assessment, best practice, career education, curriculum, gifted & talented, professional development/continuing education, special education, special needs, video conferencing integration, video conferencing planning and implementation.
