Program Description   Designed for educational administrators, managers and leaders, this program addresses notions of educational leadership in the new millennium. It challenges leaders to reconsider traditional paradigms of leadership and why they won’t work today. We will look at leadership trends in for the new millennium and offer tips for leadership success.

Objectives   The participant will:
1. Understand traditional models of leadership
2. Explore the changing role of educational leaders today.
3. Engage in a discussion about what it means to be an effective leader in the 21st century.
4. Reflect on how to lead in a more effective and empowering way.
