| Program Description | This interactive demonstration focuses on what a laser is, and how it is used in modern technology. Participants are first introduced to the differences between laser light and incandescent light. A laser light is also used to demonstrate the different properties of light. The other half of the demonstration will discuss various usages of lasers in our everyday life such as fiber optics and surgeries. | |

1. Introduction and Greeting to the museum. 2. Discussion and showing of a laser and how it works. 3. Exhibiting and interactive discussion on the various properties of light. 4. Experiment on the different uses of lasers in our everyday lives. 5. This will all culminate in a live showing and explanation of a laser show. 6. Review and questions. 7. Conclusion and Farewell. |
