Program Details

Format

1. Presenter will introduce themselves and the Science Theater.
2. Presenter will discuss how much trash people make every day, and ways to lower that number by reducing, reusing, and recycling.
3. Presenter will discuss what greenhouse gases are and how they work, and will demonstrate some examples of those gases.

Objectives

The students will be able to:
1. learn about the impacts of waste
2. understand the methods we can use to help reduce, reuse, and recycle
3. provide a definition of a greenhouse gas and its role in the atmosphere
