Format
1. This program begins with students modeling different emotions.
2. Next we watch a puppet show in which two furry monsters are struggling with monster emotions.
3. Then we learn how monster emotions can affect our body.
4. Students learn and practice several calm down strategies to use when emotions get out of control.
5. Finally, students identify different emotions and name a calm down strategy to use in a stressful situation.

Upon completion of this program, the student will be able to:
Type in the objectives
1. Identify an emotion based on facial expressions and context clues.
2. Recognize bodily sensations and connect it to the feeling they are experiencing.
3. Name and demonstrate one calm-down strategy to control impulses.
4. Identify an appropriate calm-down strategy to use when experiencing a strong emotion.
5. Identify individuals who may be a trusted adult.
