3. Explore & Learn
A short video and guided interactive activities invite students to practice language through color recognition, emotion-based vocabulary, and simple action phrases. Mindful breathing and movement are introduced as cultural practices that support emotional awareness and self-regulation.
4. Final Discovery & Wrap-Up
