Schools may wish to do a TEST call with The Toledo Zoo prior to the program. If no TEST call was made and we cannot connect on the day of the program, the full program cost will be billed. Schools need to notify The Toledo Zoo re: program changes/cancellations a week in advance. If this is not done,the full program cost will be billed.
