Schedule 5 of the same program on the same day and one will be free! For the UK, the fee is 98 British Pounds. Please include a purchase order number when you submit a reservation. Bridging fees will be paid by the customer. An invoice will be sent after successful delivery of each program. A 1.5% late charge will be added 30 days after the invoice date. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your confirmed videoconference date to avoid billing. Payment is due in full upon receipt of the invoice. Checks should be made to McMillen Health in US Dollars. Non-payment will result in the denial of further registration from your organization.

2. Match foods to the five healthy food groups.
3. Participate in the monkey dance.
4. Differentiate between healthy food and junk food during 'Junk Food Challenge."
5. Learn the three major types of exercise.
6. Categorize exercises during the Rock and Roll Exercise Activity.
7. Identify professionals who can help promote health.
