Objectives
Student’s Will:
- Learn about the Pilgrims’ journey to the New World
- Understand and discuss daily life on the ship and In the New World
- Discuss the relationship between the Pilgrims and the Wampanoag and identify how each group helped the other
- Discuss the first Thanksgiving and compare it to the way we celebrate today
- Identify things for which we are thankful/ways we can show gratitude and compose writing for a Thanksgiving craft to be completed during the program
