Booking Information

Virtual Programs are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 8:00 am–4:00 pm ET and run for 30-45 minutes. Advance registration (at least one week before program date) is required. Our Spring programs are available from January 19th until May 29th. Submission of the request form does not confirm a program time. All program requests will be answered via email within three business days. If the requested date or time is not available an alternative date or time will be offered.
