Your students will enjoy an animal story, and then virtually meet the superstar animal of the book. Read along, make animal observations, recall facts, and investigate shark biofacts. Get an up-close look at our resident sharks though real time cameras, and identify threats to these ocean hunters.

This is a 30-minute program, best suited for learners in PreK – 2nd grade.

Program Details

Format

1. This program begins with a shark story.
2. Recall facts from the story.
3. Observe live sharks at the aquarium
4. Discuss shark adaptations (teeth, skin, and skeleton).
5. View shark biofacts.
6. Time is allowed for questions and answers.
