Designing a Solution to Pollution

by  Lee Richardson Zoo

Program image

Bring problem-solving to life!  Students will dive into the impacts of trash,
design solutions, and explore how they can create a positive impact on wildlife
right from their homes.  During the
program, your students will work together to discuss the design of various
trash solutions and explore how not all designs fit each issue for trash
reduction.  To help illustrate the
impacts of trash and the solutions the students’ design, 2-3 Ambassador Animals
will make an appearance during the program.
Join us to design a solution to pollution!

The Lee Richardson Zoo's Distance Learning Studio offers a
multitude of environmental programs to students all over the nation. Our
programs include 2-4 live animals. However, we are currently unable to give
programs from actual exhibits around the zoo.
