GOING INTERSTELLAR WITH AUTHOR ALEXANDRA SIY

by  Authors on Call, iNK Think Tank

Program image

Based on Alexandra Siy's award-winning book, Voyager's Greatest Hits: The Epic Trek to Interstellar Space, GOING INTERSTELLAR is a journey out of our solar system and into the vast space between the stars. Participants will discover where and how the Voyagers have been exploring for more than 40 years, while viewing the incredible images beamed back to scientists on Earth. Sounds and images from the Golden Record, are part of this multidimensional program, and provide inspiration for a longer art and writing workshop (contact the author for details) that asks students to create their own Golden Record for the 21st Century.
