Nutrition & Fitness - Eating on the Run (Students) (GR 9-12)

by  Byrnes Health Education

Program image

We live in an "Eating on the Run" society, and it is important for everyone (especially teenagers with busy lives) to assess for themselves how much they consume "Food Away From Home" (FAFH) and the extent to which it impacts their overall health. Participants will be presented with basic information on nutritional and dietary guidelines for teenagers. An emphasis will be placed on making quick/healthy choices and portion control with FAFH.
