Provider's Cancellation Policy

• A 50% deposit is required four weeks prior to the day of your program. Your deposit is fully refundable if the program is canceled at least two weeks in advance. Programs canceled less than 2 weeks from the reservation date are subject to forfeiture of deposit.
• Your deposit will be applied to your total balance, and the remaining balance will be due 48 hours prior to your program.
• If scheduling within four weeks of your program the deposit is due at the time of booking.
• No refunds will be granted if you miss any or all your scheduled program.
• Final receipt will be emailed to the field trip coordinator following your program.

Program Details

Format

A Fernbank Educator will introduce students to the program and share fun visuals including videos, graphics, and biofacts. Students will also meet up to three of Fernbank's live animal ambassadors and participate in discussions and activities. The program will end with a Q&A opportunity for students.

Engaging pre-and post-program activities aligned with standards will also be provided via Moodle.
