Creek in the Classroom

from Boonshoft Museum of Discovery

Program image

Our world is covered in water. It can be as big as an ocean or as small as a backyard creek. In this program students will get to explore a creek without stepping foot out of their classroom. Using age appropriate activities, students will learn about what kinds of organisms live in a creek, how waterways form, how they can get polluted, and how we can help keep those areas clean.
