Format
1. This program begins with a look at the 4 keys to health.
2. We then discuss consent and body autonomy.
3. We view a video about how their body and define consent.
4. Participants learn their private parts belong only to them.
5. We practice the emergency plan if someone tried to touch them in a bad way.
Objectives
Upon completion of this program, the student will be able to:
1. State that the private areas of the body are the parts covered by a bathing suit.
2. State that the private parts of the body belong to them.
3. Demonstrate the ability to say no, get away, and tell a trusted adult.
4. List at least three adults who can be told important information.
5. Explain that a secret is different than a surprise. Secrets that hurt people should never be kept. Surprises are fun things that will be told to everyone at the right time.
