Format
1. This program begins with a discussion of “what makes you angry”.
2. We then discuss the signs of anger in the body.
3. We view a demonstration of how to train the brain.
4. Participants look at examples of what to do in different situations.
5. Time is allowed for questions and answers.
Objectives
Upon completion of this program, the student will be able to:
1. Identify emotional, physiological, and behavioral signs of anger.
2. Describe personal anger triggers.
3. List positive techniques for effective anger management.
4. Demonstrate strategies to resolve anger without harming self or others.
5. Recognize that positive communication skills are essential to build strong relationships with acquaintances, friends, and family.
