can be used in their everyday lives.

Schedule 5 of the same program on the same day and one will be free! Please include a purchase order number when you submit a reservation. Bridging fees will be paid by the customer. An invoice will be sent after successful delivery of each program. A 1.5% late charge will be added 30 days after the invoice date. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your confirmed videoconference date to avoid billing. Payment is due in full upon receipt of the invoice. Checks should be made to McMillen Health in US Dollars. Non-payment will result in the denial of further registration from your organization.

Program Details

Format

1. This program begins with talking about MyPlate
2. We then do an activity about healthy food and junk food.
3. Then we talk about exercise and the types.
4. We go through the different types of exercise and act them out.
5. Lastly we talk about healthy choices we can make.

Objectives

Upon completion of this program, the student will be able to:

1. Identify the five healthy food groups.
2. Demonstrate ability to choose a nutritious snack/food item.
3. Name at least 3 different examples of ways to exercise.
