Schedule 5 of the same program on the same day and one will be free! Please include a purchase order number when you submit a reservation. Bridging fees will be paid by the customer. An invoice will be sent after successful delivery of each program. A 1.5% late charge will be added 30 days after the invoice date. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your confirmed videoconference date to avoid billing. Payment is due in full upon receipt of the invoice. Checks should be made to McMillen Health in US Dollars. Non-payment will result in the denial of further registration from your organization.

Program Details

Format

1. This program begins with a discussion on the nervous
system and how drugs effect it
2. Then participants will learn about alcohol and its effect
on the body
3. We discuss tobacco and its effects on the various body
parts
4. Participants will learn about marijuana, its effects on
the body, and the various forms it comes in
5. We discuss prescription drug abuse and who can give
them out and who cannot

Objectives

Upon completion of this program, the student will be able to:

1. State the definition of a drug.
2. Name the physical effects of alcohol on the body.
3. Describe the damaging effects of smoking tobacco and
marijuana use on the respiratory system.
4. Name at least three effects of marijuana on the body.
