Format
1. This program begins by discussing what bullying is and
the different types
2. Then participants learn about cyberbullying and the
proper actions to take if being cyberbullied
3. We discuss being a friend and being empathetic
4. Then participants learn what the effects of cyberbullying
are
5. Participants engage in activity to decide things that
should and should not be done online
Objectives
Upon completion of this program, the student will be able to:
1. Define cyber bullying.
2. Identify the effects of cyber bullying on the student who is
bullied, on bystanders, and on the students who bully.
3. Recognize positive ways to use technology.
4. Identify steps to take if you or others are being cyber
bullied.
