Virtual Programs are typically available Monday through Friday 9:00AM to 5:00 PM EST. Virtual Programs can be completed outside of this normal time frame with advanced notice but may be subject to additional charges. Notice of Program Cancellation must be provided 24 hours prior to the start of the program in order to receive a full refund. Programs Cancelled due to problematic weather in the providers area may either be rescheduled or offered a full refund. Programs should be scheduled atleast two weeks prior to the desired date.
