Predicting hurricanes is personal for NCAR’s Dr. Rosimar Rios-Berrios, who grew up with hurricanes in Puerto Rico. Learn how scientists are working to better predict hurricanes and their impacts so we can work together to build more resilient communities adapted to our changing planet.
