Amphibian Alert

by  North Carolina Zoo

Program image

Students will be able to identify what makes an amphibian
an amphibian. NC is known for its salamander populations; students will be
able to talk about salamanders. Frogs, and toads, are some of the most
recognizable amphibians that students can identify, but may not understand how
interesting they are, their life cycle, and be able to tell them apart. In this
program, students will learn more about a frog’s life and natural history.
