I have been an educator for many years as Head of English and Performing Arts. I have gained exemplary status by Ofsted. I have now gained a Masters Degree in how to write a novel and am about to publish my first book. It is all these wonderful skills I bring to my lessons, especially in constructing good stories and the understanding of the genius of Shakespeare. This was inspirational, just magical. We learned about the stealth and greed of Macbeth,the beauty of Elizabeth Barrett Browning, and how her poems tell of love.

This course helped us to see how to use imagery for writing and language features in post-war poems.

Here we gained an insight into New England and the way the Tudors influenced their people.

Listening to Lucienne helped me visualize the depth of the poetry in the First World War, so heartbreaking but beautifully presented. Using key features of learning helped students to write with passion and clarity.
