HELPING STUDENTS UNDERSTAND THEIR MENTAL HEALTH

Since it’s start, The Get Schooled Tour has provided a one hour, high energy program, that combined live entertainment, interactive polling, and compelling video, to lower the stigma regarding mental health. Since the pandemic began, and parents and schools have had to face a shift in education, the Get Schooled Tour has taken the program digital and made it possible for students, teachers, and parents to interact through a webinar format.

The webinar encourages students to talk to a trusted adult so that their secret struggle, whatever it is, does not have the final say on their future. It’s specifically designed for students in public schools to engage them and encourage them to share their secret struggles with caring adults and look for others around them that need support as well. The webinar is designed to be relevant and memorable to students so that it makes a significant difference in the lives of the students.

“The Get Schooled Tour did a great job tailoring the message of mental health to a younger audience. It was engaging, delivered such an important a message, and was perfect for this age. We will definitely have them back. ”
