Carla is a great asset to this area of expertise and research has been extensive which showed in her presentation.

The fact that it is such a current topic in today's world. Presenter was wonderful - she knew her topic, was very conversational with our audience.

Excellent program. Presenter was very knowledgeable and related the material very well to our adult learners. She spoke very clearly and slowly enough that our adult learners heard and understood everything.
