"Introduction to Qigong or Tai Chi": Participants are introduced to simple, gentle exercises of
Qigong or TaiChi, mindful movement systems from China used around the world for thousands of years to calm mind and body. These simple movements can help reduce stress, prevent falls, and improve focus, balance, circulation, & mobility, and can be done standing, sitting, or even lying down.
"Just Breathe": Learn simple, engaging breathing practices to calm and focus body and mind.
"Meditation": This ancient mindful practice still helps many people around the world to feel more focused and centered.
Programs are provided by certified TaiChi, Qigong, and Meditation teacher J.T. Turner, and are adaptable for all ages, abilities, and developmental levels. Please note in request WHICH program you'd like: "Qigong"; "Tai Chi"; "Just Breathe"; or "Meditation".
