Cisco Virtual Field Trip Provider Badge
The Cisco Virtual Field Trip Provider Badge for a content provider that has developed and delivered a virtual field trip program to a school or adult learner community using Webex. Educators will gain the following competencies which are aligned to ISTE Standards for Educators.

To Earn this Badge

Submit an Intent to Participate form to CILC.

Fill out an application form of intent and CILC will provide you with instruction to obtain your webex account. CILC staff will provide a training video, links and work with you to schedule your live training workshop at a time of your convenience if desired. (ISTE 5c)

Review the Cisco Webex Privacy and Security FAQ for Webex use with minors

Use the CILC Virtual Field Trip Provider site to complete the form to post the virtual field trip program. You may use an existing program. (ISTE 1b)

Program connection to be booked on the CILC website.

Provider will make sure that CILC staff is a member of the Webex Teams space where content and classroom engagement are held.

Use Webex Teams to provide teacher at the school site resource materials for the before, during and/or after program activities. (ISTE 6b)

Deliver Program using Webex.

Create a 2-3 minute video about your experience with Virtual Field Trip experience using Webes. Possible Topics for Video Recordings
Make sure that you provide a video release for yourself and any other individuals in your recording, including students. You may submit your district’s release form or submit the CILC Release.
