Join Us as we host Connecting for a Cause, an evening of magnificent virtual travel to one of the seven wonders of the world – The Great Barrier Reef in Australia - and to the Cleveland Museum of Art with special performances by the Manhattan School of Music.
What: This evening will also include The Alzheimer’s Association who will talk about the difference between dementia and Alzheimer's disease, provide a brief research update, and share the importance of keeping our parents, grandparents and loved ones connected and engaged to the world around them.
When: October 12, 2023 at 7 p.m. ET
Where: This event is completely virtual and can be attended from anywhere!
Cost: Tickets are $10 (per viewing location) and can be bought here!
Pre-Event: Join at 6 p.m. ET to see and hear a performance by the Manhattan School of Music.
Money raised will go to keeping CILC’s Roam From Home series Free for seniors.

Research has shown that live interactive virtual field trips to museums and historic sites help sustain cognitive abilities for older adults. CILC’s virtual interactive experiences offer those with mobility challenges or individuals living in retirement communities, free entrée to these powerful encounters.
