Objective of Collaboration
As the Distance Learning Coordinator for Monmouth County Vocational School District, I am trying to locate an ESL program that could be made available to some of our Spanish-speaking students via videoconference. The students are incarcerated at our county Youth Detention Center, but are allowed to attend our education classes because of their good behavior.
