5. Do the freeze dance.
Objectives
Upon completion of this program, the student will be able to:
1. State that one cause of dental decay is eating foods high in sugar.
2. State three behaviors that promote dental health: avoid sugary foods, brush teeth, and visit the dentist.
3. Choose a healthy food item.
4. Define germs as something very small that may make you sick.
5. State that germs are passed by touching and sneezing.
6. Identify the times when one should wash hands.
7. Demonstrate correct hand-washing technique.
8. State that exercise makes us feel good and is important for good health.
9. Participate in a brief exercise lesson.
10. List four Keys to Staying Healthy.
