Format
1. This program begins by learning about facts about skin
and different types of skin
2. Then participants learn about the role of melanin in skin
color
3. We discuss using sunscreen to protect from sunburn
4. Then participants learn about nail care, body odor, and
spreading germs
5. Participants will learn how smoking impacts the skin
Objectives
Upon completion of this program, the student will be able to:
1. Recognize proper hygiene habits for everyday skin care.
2. List ways to protect and take care of their skin.
