Format
1. This program begins by discussing the reasons to be
smoked free
2. Then participants learn about the costs of smoking
3. We discuss the negative effects on blood vessels
4. Then participants engage in an activity to respond to
scenarios by deciding if its ok to smoke or not
5. Participants learn how to tobacco smoke affects the
lungs
Objectives
Upon completion of this program, the student will be able to:
1. Identify reasons to live a smoke free life.
2. Identify the physical health risk of smoking.
3. Identify dangers of chewing tobacco
