Up Close and Palaeo Jr.

The Royal Tyrrell Museum of Palaeontology is Canada’s only Museum dedicated exclusively to the science of palaeontology. Situated in the Canadian badlands, the Museum houses one of the largest displays of dinosaurs in the world. In this Distance Learning program, Up Close and Palaeo Jr., one of our experts will bring the science of palaeontology to life and answer your questions live. After an introduction to the science, a look at fossilization, a quick tour of the Museum, participants take over to ask their questions through the chat window. Animations, images, video clips, and real fossils will complement our responses.
