General John B. Sylvester is
retired from the United States Army. He is a graduate of Texas A&M and the
United States Army War College. He served in the first Gulf War and is
remembered for his command of the famous Tiger Brigade of the 2nd
Armored Division. He has been awarded the Meritorious Service Medal, the
Defense Superior Service Medal, two Bronze Stars and a Silver Star.
