Provider's Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours in advance of the program. The Zoo will make every reasonable attempt to reschedule. If the program cannot be rescheduled, the Zoo will issue a refund. If the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled program, the refund will be assessed an administrative charge of $25.

If a school encounters technical problems on the scheduled date of a program, the Zoo will wait approximately 15 minutes after the program start time to determine if the problem can be resolved. If not, the program will be cancelled for that date. The school then has the option to reschedule the program. If the school chooses not to reschedule, or if the technical issues cannot be resolved for another program date, the full program fee will still be charged.

In the event of weather-related zoo or school closings, the Zoo will make every reasonable attempt to reschedule your program. If the program cannot be rescheduled, the Zoo will issue a full refund.

Little Rock Zoo Distance Learning – Virtually Wild!

Whether in the classroom or at home, these interactive programs are affordable, educational and entertaining. While these programs are designed with the teacher and students in mind, anyone is welcome to complete a request as long as the selection is from the current menu (no customized programs). Students in K-8th grade can participate in a number of fun topics with most aligned to learning standards. Let's bring the Little Rock Zoo to you!

Participants will have the opportunity hear from Zoo staff, see and learn about live Zoo animal ambassadors and ask questions as their interest peaks during their adventure.


Participants will learn about animals that are often thought of as creepy or unpopular, but are actually quite interesting. This program will help to explain why these animal are important to the environment.
