Digital Citizenship: Parent Workshop

by  Banyan Global Learning

Program image

Parents must first understand their own relationship to digital citizenship in order to best support a generation of digital natives to act responsibly online. The keys are to know which questions to consider, to model conscious behavior, and to leave the conversation open. In this workshop, Banyan’s teachers will lead parents through the latest research, identify surprising results and misconceptions, and guide each parent to create the rules and expectations that work for their family.

Our programs are taught LIVE and on location (time zone permitting) with TWO teachers — one driving the lesson progression and the other engaging from the field. These dynamic programs are unlike any educational program you have experienced.

We have created a suite of virtual programs to reach all levels of learners in three main content areas: Social and Emotional Learning, Digital Citizenship, and Global Citizenship.

We love designing new programs, so if we don't currently have what you're looking for, just ask.

Banyan Global Learning believes in the power of live video to bridge cultural divides, expand empathetic thinking and prepare our students to navigate real life. We are mission-driven to create authentic connections that fulfill the needs of students and teachers alike.
