Format
1. This program begins with a puppet show.
2. Students will review the MyPlate and food groups.
3. Students will participate in a “What Organ Am I” activity.
4. Participants will learn about various bones.
5. The program ends with the Freeze Dance
Objectives
Upon completion of this program, the student will be able to:
1. Identify the four Keys to Staying Healthy.
2. State how the four Keys to Staying Healthy can be used to create healthy habits.
3. Locate major bones of the body.
4. Label the basic body organs. (brain, heart, lungs, and stomach)
5. Identify three healthy ways to handle stress.
6. Name the food groups of the USDA ChooseMyPlate icon.
