Social and Emotional Learning for Junior High - Emotional Literacy & Application

by  Banyan Global Learning

Program image

An extension of the first junior high SEL series, students will explore further the depths of emotional literacy and practical application of these skills to their daily lives. While the first series is not mandatory, in this series we work with students to apply SEL knowledge to being a successful student and adult.

In this unique series we create class goals, provide actionable 'homework' to build community and have small group instruction to show students that we are all working through our own emotions to be the best we can be.

With two live teachers to facilitate the program, this is a highly engaging and interactive experience that can be a great way to build community and understanding in your classroom. With options to extend what they have learned, this is a great way to start SEL practice, or continue what you are already doing!

With over 10 years experience delivering live virtual learning, we incorporate our highly effective, and time-tested, practices to make the lessons fun, engaging and thought provoking.
