Provider's Cancellation Policy

To reschedule or cancel your program, we must be notified by email at least 15 school days prior to your scheduled program. If a 15-day notification is not received, you will be assessed a penalty fee of 50% of the cost of your scheduled program. Please call Candor Health Education if you must cancel on the day of your scheduled program due to school closings because of inclement weather.

Objectives

Students work through a series of interactive modules to master the program content. This includes a pre & post-test to assess student learning. A 30-minute question and answer session is available with a Candor Health Educator upon program completion.
