by  Lucienne Sharpe- Touch the Sky

Program image

To design the costumes for the play Romeo and Juliet by William Shakespeare. A summer workshop.
Using paints and crayons we will use our imaginations to design costumes for the characters for the play.
Lucienne Sharpe studied at the Victoria and Albert Museum in London and The British Museum learning about the History of Costume and is an Alumni of the famous St Martins Art School. As a teacher of Shakespeare she would like to help students produce their own interpretations of the Characters of Romeo and Juliet using art materials finishing with fabulous designs for a portfolio. This could be used when they act the play Romeo and Juliet and can bring a better understanding of each of the characters.
